Mastering skills for Workplace Success focuses on teaching workforce readiness or "soft skills". The program is modular, with hands-on, engaging activities that focus on communication, enthusiasm and attitude, teamwork, networking, problem solving, critical thinking and professionalism. The Employment Soft Skills curriculum has been developed to prepare clients not only to seek employment but KEEP it!
career & technical education (CTE)
ABILITY SOLUTIONS provides guidance to clients considering applying for admission to a Career and Technical (CTE) program. We provide good talking points about prerequisite skills, outcomes, and next steps to prepare for post-secondary for each content area. It is a professional learning module to introduce the EmployABILLITY framework and show how to integrate those skills into a career.
